Repair Warranty


All repairs are carried out to the highest possible standards but in the unlikely event of a problem we offer a full 12 months warranty for your peace of mind.

All Repairs arranged through device Manufacturers which are sent to LetMeRepair UK are covered under Device Manufacturers Warranty Terms.

 

An exception is made for the following repairs:

  • Liquid damage repair – 30 day warranty

  • Console main board repairs – 30 day warranty

In the event that repairs on your unit becomes faulty within the set warranty period, please send the unit back to us with a copy of the receipt or Ref. No. and a detailed cover letter stating the current fault or error you are experiencing. We are not liable for the costs you incur in sending the unit to us. We will conduct a thorough investigation and respond within 3 working days.

If the problem is from the initial repair, we will conduct any further repair free of charge and return it you via post FREE. If the unit reveals further issues not related to the original repair or due to parts not replaced in previous repair we will contact you and discuss the matters and let you make a decision with regards to the cost.

We will attempt to repair your unit TWICE after the initial repair. If afterwards, the unit is still faulty, we will issue a refund. Minimum charge and postage fee not included. We will need to check the unit and make sure its faulty prior to issuing a refund.

Further clarifications: postage fee of all units sent to us under the repair warranty will be covered by you, nonetheless the unit will be returned to you free of charge if a problem is found. If the unit has a problem not related to the original fault or no fault is found, postage charges for returning the unit will apply.



What we cover:
  • All the parts and labour involved in any repairs done by LetMeRepair UK are covered by our 12 months warranty


What we don’t cover:
  • Any subsequent damage caused to the device after the repair

  • Damage resulting from misuse

  • Any kind of Liquid Damage

  • Software related issues

  • Faults not relating to the original repair done

  • Loss of data (please backup your device before getting repaired)

  • Our warranty is void if a repair is done on the device by a different company after our repair
